Makeup brushes are another one of my guilty pleasures and something I’m willing to splurge on as I consider them a great investment. Today I’ve chosen 5 of my favourite blush brushes to share with you. Each one of them I love for blush application, but I also use them for highlighting or contour.
I have finally managed to get some decent photos of my finishing powders yesterday, I’ve tried taking them twice so far but the weather in London just didn’t want to cooperate in the past few weeks! These are my favourite face products, I use them all a lot and rotate depending on the effect I would like to achieve on a particular day. I hope you’ll enjoy the comparison photos and find them useful!
It’s about time I write a review about this beauty. This D&G illuminator was a love at first sight. Even though it was one of my typical impulse buys, months after the purchase I’m still very happy with it.
There aren’t many products on the beauty market created specifically for contouring. There’s plenty of bronzers and blushes that you can get away with for this purpose, but on my very pale skin those don’t work very well most of the time. They either look too warm or too yellow or don’t have a matte finish.
It’s time for the empties again!
Thanks to the readers offer that lovely Ruth from A Model Recommends had back in April, I ordered some samples of Omorovicza products. The products are pricey but the brand has some amazing reviews online so, naturally, I had very high expectations.
Ambitiously (or foolishly?) I’m starting my first empties post with two zeros in front of “1”, hoping there will be many more to come. Every beauty junkie knows how difficult it is to finish a product, when most of us have way too many of them. Occasionally, however, it does happen. With skincare more often, with makeup quite rare – but still, it happens and makes me feel a bit better about spending tons of money on beauty when I see the evidence of actually using it, not just hoarding it!
Due to high expectations, my relationship with Mood Light started on a rocky patch. I wanted to try the Ambient Lighting powders for ages, I loved the concept and read a bunch of reviews saying it’s great as a setting powder.
